Rosso del Conte Tasca d'Almerita
Towards the end of the 60’s, Count Giuseppe decided to create a special reserve of Regaleali
Rosso, capable of aging like other great international red wines. A challenge he won in 1970
and renewed in successive vintages. A wine long meditated upon, fruit of research conducted
with rigour and passion for many years, both among the vines and in the cellar. Rosso del
Conte is produced with Nero d’Avola from plants more than forty years old, cultivated as
shrubs, almost unique today in Sicily.
