• Vines per Ha: 3.000.
• Yield per Ha: 4.5 t.
• Soil: Medium mixture with a tendency to wards clayey texture.

• Harvest period: September 12th 2002.

• Fermentation: Traditional in red.
• Maceration skin-contact during: 14 days.

• Refinement: 12 months in french oak (Allier e Tronçais) 300 l tonneaux,
60% new, 40% second passage; 8 months in bottle.

ORGANOLEPTIC DETAILS
• Colour: Ruby red of very good intensity with garnet reflections.
• Bouquet: Wild berries, vanilla, black pepper, tobacco, cinnamon, mint, sage.
• Taste: Rich of ripe and concentrate fruit, soft, elegant, balanced.
